When she's not speculating and pondering on the power of the body and mind, she loves to cook international cuisine, including Italian, Filipino food, Cajun Gumbo, Jambalaya, Vegetarian Muffaletta; enjoys yoga, juijitsu, history, philosophy, nature, art, culture, life adventures, and healing with frequencies.
