A free community gathering focused on personal growth and connection. Attendees will take part in guided introductions/who you are and what you do and/or what you looking for, group discussion around health, business, relationships, and/or housing, depending on time, and learn simple de-stressing meditation and anti-aging postures. Guests will also receive 30% off coupons for select services and products. Space is limited; registration is required.
