  2. Give us a call to set up an appointment. The first appointment is a visit to our Logan Square office, to do a consultation and your first treatment. Fill out our consultation form. For your convenience, we can do your consultation over the phone, or zoom. 
  3. Depending on the condition or severity of  your problem(s), we can do one service or a combination of services.
